Common Questions

Everything you need to know.

How many calories are in each meal?
Each meal is designed around Dr. Now's clinical protocol. Breakfasts range from 290–340 calories, lunches from 360–420, and dinners from 380–450. A full day on the 2-meal plan totals approximately 700–770 calories, leaving room for approved snacks if your provider recommends them.
Are these meals compatible with GLP-1 medication?
Yes. Dr. Now Kitchen was designed specifically to complement GLP-1 programs. High-protein meals support muscle preservation during rapid weight loss, and the controlled portions work with reduced appetite from medication.
How are meals delivered?
Meals are chef-prepared weekly and shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain freshness. Most customers receive their orders within 2 days of their weekly ship date. All meals arrive refrigerated and ready to heat.
Can I customize my meals?
Yes. You select your meals each week from the full menu. Subscribers on the Dr. Now Protocol and Full System plans can swap meals weekly. Allergen and dietary preference filtering is available at checkout.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes. Cancel or pause anytime before your weekly order locks. No fees, no contracts, no calls required. Manage everything from your account dashboard.
Are these the same meals from the Dr. Now app?
Dr. Now Kitchen and the app-based meal plans follow the same clinical nutrition guidelines. The difference is convenience and format. Dr. Now Kitchen delivers prepared meals directly to your home with no cooking required, while the app-based meal plans also include recipes you can prepare yourself. Both are built around the same nutritional protocols designed to support safe, structured weight loss.
